How does it work?
If you have an industrial building with an available roof (minimum 1,500 m²), we can rent it from you to install solar panels. We make the entire investment and take care of installation, operation and maintenance.
You receive a fixed monthly rent for the duration of the contract (typically 25-30 years). No risks, no investment, just passive income.
Requirements
- Roof of at least 1,500 m² of usable space
- Structure in good condition (we assess age and materials)
- Favourable orientation (south, east-west)
- No significant shading
- Access for installation and maintenance
